CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

It always makes us sad when you don’t want our materials any more, but we totally get it things change!

As we handmake all the materials for you here in our studio in England they can take up to 3 months to get to you. 

We hope we’ve come up with a fair way of doing this for everyone. 


HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

To cancel your order you need to fill in a simple cancellation request, you can do that here:

Then one of the studio crew will approve it for you (please give us a couple of days as we’re always busy) 


CANCEL WITHIN 10 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND

If you cancel within 10 days we are happy to give you a full refund (as long as we’ve not already fulfilled it). 


CANCEL AFTER 10 DAYS and BEFORE 3 MONTHS 

As long as we’ve not already sent your order out you can still cancel it if you don’t want it anymore. 

We will have already started working on your order, allocating materials and planning the making.

We won’t be able to give you a refund but we will give you store credit so that you don’t lose out. 


CANCEL AFTER 3 MONTHS FOR A FULL REFUND

If your order takes more than 3 months to get to you, as long as we’ve not sent it, if you don’t want it anymore that’s cool.

We will give you a full refund. 


HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT TO TAKE

We aim to process your refund request or store credit within 7 days of you letting us know. 

If we get really busy it can take longer, but please know the time we take to process it does not effect your 10 day window.
